Cancellation 2 or more weeks Prior to Event

Registrants for a SASA training event may cancel up to two calendar weeks before the fist day of the event and receive a refund of the event price, minus a 15% administration fee. To receive the refund registrants should email us a notification of their intent to cancel at admin@sasa.nz

Cancellation with less than 2 weeks to event

When a recording for a SASA training event is available, there will be no refund issued for non-attendance of the event, or cancellation with less than two weeks notice. In those cases where there is no recording available, the registrant may apply for a partial refund. Please email us and explain the circumstances that prevented your attendance.
